Through the study of yoga texts, meditation, and a daily practice of observation, we develop the ability to be more present in everyday life and to act with awareness instead of from old patterns of thinking and behavior.

We become less reactive and impulsive, and more able to respond to what is actually happening in the present moment.

We learn to meet the full range of emotions, not only the ones we like, but also loneliness, sadness, boredom, anger, and lack of motivation — and to hold them instead of avoiding or distracting ourselves from them.

As a result, we improve our relationship with ourselves, and from there, also with others.

We begin to see situations differently, which allows us to meet life with more ease and acceptance, and with less inner struggle or constant need to change what is.

About Knowing

I’m Noa, a dedicated practitioner of yoga and Buddhism, the student of the monk Pre Ofer, walking this path since 2017, and maybe even from past lives, who knows 😉
